Stop consuming the following:

Any Animal Products including meat, dairy (milk/cheese/ice cream) and eggs

Alcohol

Refined Sugar including candy, High Fructose Corn Syrup

Avoid processed foods of any kind

 

Start Eating:

Plant-Based Whole Foods

Emphasis on Cruciferous Vegetables (Broccoli, kale, cabbage, and cauliflower) Eat raw if possible, if you need to cook, then chop them up, wait 40 minutes before heating)

Eat 1-2 Tablespoons of Fresh Ground Flaxseed daily (put it in oatmeal)

Eat ¼ teaspoon of Turmeric daily

Drink lots of Cranberry Juice (One handful of fresh cranberries, 2 cups water, eight teaspoons of erythritol (sweetener) Blend at high speed and pour over ice.) –Make your own!

Coffee – Drink lots of it.

Offer Gratitude and keep your sense of humor!
